How we handle networking and CCTV
Every install starts with a site survey. We walk the floor with your team, note where the desks sit, where the meeting rooms are, where signal drops today, and where cameras should point. That survey becomes a written proposal with the exact equipment list, cable runs, camera positions, and install day plan. You approve it before we order anything.
Install happens in a single scheduled window, usually a weekend or after hours so it does not disrupt your team. Cables run properly through trunking or ceiling voids, access points positioned for coverage rather than convenience, cameras commissioned with correct field-of-view and night vision enabled. We document the whole setup with a schematic and hand you the admin logins in your name. If something needs adjusting three months later, one call brings us back.

The most common Wi-Fi in Dubai offices is whatever router the telecoms provider handed the client on day one. Fine for a small apartment. Not fine for 15 or 30 people trying to run video calls, transfer files, and stream shared screens at the same time. The router runs hot, the Wi-Fi drops in the meeting room at the worst moment, and the client blames the internet when the actual problem is a home-grade router being asked to do enterprise work.
Business-grade networking is a different tier of equipment. Access points positioned by survey, managed switches, PoE for cameras and phones, a proper firewall, and enough capacity that a meeting-room video call never blocks a designer downloading a 4GB file. It costs more up front. It costs less across every quarter after that in lost hours.

IP cameras positioned for actual coverage, not just to fill wall space. Bullet or dome depending on the location. Night vision, motion detection, mobile viewing. Recorded to an NVR with encrypted storage.
NVR Storage & Remote Viewing
Network video recorder sized to your camera count and retention needs. Typical setups keep 30 days of footage. Remote mobile viewing configured properly with authentication, not left on default passwords.
