DEDOTE LLC FZ is a digital marketing and technology company registered in Dubai, UAE, with an office in the United Kingdom. We provide digital marketing, web development, web hosting, business email, video production, and IT services.

By accessing our website, requesting a proposal, or entering into an engagement with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website in a way that could damage the site, impair its availability, or interfere with any other user's use of the site.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for any service we provide will be set out in a written service agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreement. Where they conflict, the specific service agreement takes precedence.

Payment terms for services are specified in your service agreement. Standard payment terms are:

• Setup or one-off project fees: 50% on engagement start, 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• Monthly retainer fees: invoiced in advance, payable within 15 days of invoice date.
• Ad spend, licence fees, and third-party costs: passed through at cost or invoiced directly to the client.

All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. VAT is charged where applicable under UAE tax law.

All work product created by Dedote for a client is transferred to the client upon full payment of the applicable fees, except for:

• Third-party tools, plugins, or licences (which remain owned by the licensor).
• Reusable Dedote internal tools, templates, or code libraries used across multiple clients.

You retain ownership of all content, brand assets, and business data you provide to us.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. We may reference your business publicly as a Dedote client in general terms (name, logo, high-level description) unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

We provide services with professional care and skill. We do not warrant specific business outcomes such as guaranteed rankings, guaranteed lead volumes, or guaranteed sales, because these depend on many factors outside our control.

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 30 days written notice. Fixed-scope project engagements terminate on delivery. On termination, the client pays for services completed up to the termination date. Access to any Dedote-managed accounts is transferred to the client on request.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for services delivered from our Dubai office, and the laws of England and Wales for services delivered from our UK office. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The last updated date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently changed. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
