How we handle access control
Every access control project starts with a walk-through of your premises. Which doors need control, which need audit logging, which are shared and which are restricted. Warehouse entries have different needs from server rooms or executive floors. We spec the right combination of fingerprint, card, or PIN readers for each point, plus any door hardware that needs replacing to work with the system.
Installation is quick once the survey is done. Readers mounted, wired back to the control panel, tested with sample credentials. Then enrolment: each staff member enrolled on the system, credentials issued (fingerprint scan, RFID card, or PIN), and access rules configured. Joiners get access provisioned within minutes, leavers get access revoked in one click, and every entry across every door is logged with a full audit trail.

The most common access setup in Dubai offices is a single shared PIN that everyone knows, has not changed since the office opened, and is written on a sticky note in the reception area. Which means anyone who has ever worked there, been serviced there, or watched someone enter, has the code. When someone leaves the company, the code should change. It never does. When cleaners or contractors need temporary access, they get the same code. Which they still have three years later.
Real access control tracks who came in, when, and through which door. Nobody gets a shared code. Every staff member has their own credential. When someone leaves, their access is revoked in one place and reflected across every door instantly. If a specific incident needs review, the log tells you exactly who was inside at 11pm on the Saturday in question.

Because every entry is logged with a timestamp and a credential, most modern access control systems double as attendance systems. Staff clock in by using the same fingerprint or card they use to enter the office. HR gets a clean daily attendance report automatically, no separate clocking-in device required.
If your HR system supports it (Zoho People, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or any system with an API), we integrate the access log directly, so attendance flows into payroll without a manual export. If it does not, the system produces a monthly CSV your HR team can upload directly.
